Use of the platform: Bolina Marine is a B2B SaaS platform for maritime fleet management. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your data: You retain ownership of all operational data you input. Bolina Marine is granted a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.

Limitation of liability: Bolina Marine is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
